Saving Your Basket for Later
Your shopping basket is saved for 30 days allowing you to return at a later date to complete, add or edit to your order.
To build a basket and save it for later, review the following steps.

Depending on the type of product you are this process will differ:
Custom Products: Custom products require you to customise your product online prior to being able to add it to your basket. After building your item and are happy with it simply click 'add to basket'.
Ready Made Products: Simply click 'add to basket' to save your item to your shopping basket before checking out.
Checking Out
Need help placing your order? Follow these steps to purchase items you've put in your basket.
Review your basket
Once you're ready to order, click the "Your Basket" link in the upper right of any page on the ePictureFrames Online Store to view your basket. From here, you can change the quantity you want to purchase, view product details, and view estimates of when each item will ship from our factory near Cambridge.
If there are other items you want to purchase, you can continue shopping. If you're ready to place your order, select a delivery region on the basket page and then click 'checkout'.
Sign in or continue as a guest
If you already have an ePictureFrames account, sign in using your existing ePictureFrames User ID and password.
If you are a new user, you can create an account by entering in your email address and creating a password then clicking 'next'.
Enter delivery and payment information
All of your items will be shipped to the shipping address you designate. Your billing address should match the information on your credit card account. You will also have the option to provide delivery instrutions. It is recommended you fill this in to avoid failed deliveries.
Select a payment method
To find out what Payment methods are accepted on the ePictureFrames Online Store, visit the Payment & Pricing section of online Help. Make sure that you include the appropriate security code for a credit or debit card.
Complete checkout
Review your personal and order information to ensure it's accurate, and then click the "Place Order" button.
After you place your order, we'll take you to a Thank You page that contains a summary of your order, including your Order Number.
We'll also send you an Order Acknowledgment email once your order has been processed. You'll receive a Shipment Notification email from our couriers upon despatch.
