Delivery Time

Standard delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), generally from 9am to 5pm, and we aim to get your purchase despatched within 4-6 working days. Please allow 6-9 working days for extended Bank Holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter unless otherwise stated.

If you have an urgent requirement then we have a priority service available and our expert staff will help to accomodate your situation. We ask you to call our customer support prior to placing a priority order to ensure that the raw materials are in stock and available for our manufacturing staff to form. If for any reason the timescales cannot be honoured you will be kept informed.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We deliver to all UK addresses (including Northern ireleand).

Delivery is by courier or by post, 99% of packages are despatched using our courier and you'll receive a confirmation email upon despatch.

If your order is being delivered by courier you can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your Order Confirmation email.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Priority delivery is £10+ VAT.

You are responsible for payment of any local customs and import duties.

Signature on Delivery

Where delivery is made by our parcel courier, the delivery charge is for 1 attempted delivery only. Should you not be in to receive delivery, and have not provided us with alternative delivery instructions, your order will be taken back to the parcel carrier's local depot to await collection by you.

If you request re-delivery to the same address as originally provided, we may levy be an additional charge of £5.00 + VAT to cover the cost charged to us by our parcel carrier. If you request re-delivery to a different address, then the cost may be higher. It is strongly advised, therefore, that alternative delivery instructions are provided to us at point of order.

Problems With Your Shipment

We ask that, should your item fail to arrive in the allotted timescale, you advise us by email as soon as possible so that we may investigate with the parcel carriers. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us in adequate time to prevent any disappointment resulting from late shipment.
